Well, how is cheese actually made?

During this fun workshop, a cheese master reveals all the secrets of the ancient cheese making process. After an interactive search through the cheese museum for the kids or a tour for the parents, the home-made cheese is ready and everyone receives a cheese maker’s diploma.

You are also able to taste some cheeses.

Adults can join the workshop or relax on the terrace of the tearoom

With zythologist Luc De Reademaeker and cheese master Hans De Praeter

Luc De Reademaeker is a professor of beer science and is widely appreciated for his extensive beer knowledge and critical spirit. His passion for food pairing translates into a demonstration of how to create the ultimate flavor experience between these two culinary worlds.

Hans De Praeter is cheese master at the Passendale’s cheese factory and a seasoned expert in cheese farming.
